Each project is a path... a path along which the results one wishes to achieve and which are achieved are, most of the time, a challenge...an uncertainty which is part of a certainty... that these will lead to a great deal of learning which, duly assimilated in a first instance, and subsequently incorporated into the management of Molécula do Saber’s stock of knowledge, will flourish with the conception of new innovative projects...this is how Molécula do Saber stands….a constantly renewed molecule.

It is easy to see that this area relies on various inputs, of which the most relevant are, on the one hand, those obtained through the participation in transnational projects, particularly pilot projects and projects for creating good practice, and on the other those which are the result of research carried out at an academic level.

Towards Excellent Service in the Public Adminsitration via 5S

Conceived and implemented by Molécula do Saber.

A project undertaken in the Public Administration for the first time in Portugal, more specifically, in various City Councils and Municipal Companies through action-based training.

In Portugal their coordination was the responsibility of the Industrial Association of Aveiro District, being "Molécula do Saber" the company that implemented the STRATEGI program: Measurement of intellectual capital and knowledge management in twelve Portuguese companies.
